This approximately 4,000 acres Ranch has approximately 565 acres of
pivot irrigated farmland.
Three of the pivots are new in 2012. Three of the pivots and
wells were installed in 2008. The smaller two pivots are nozzeled
to 750 gpm. All other pivots are nozzeled to 700 gpm.
All of the power units have Lima generators mounted to them and
have been trouble free.
The remaining 3,426 acres are in mostly warm and cool season grasses.
There are at least 30 different varieties of native grass that are
common to the area and are famous for adding a lot of pounds to
the calves. This ranch will handle approximately 300 cow calf
pairs year round or 400 seasonal cows depending upon your needs.

towers having 10 inch pipe, the next 4 towers have 8 inch pipe and the
end two towers are the standard 6 5/8 inch pipe.

4 Tower 2008 Zimmatic irrigating approximately 23 acres with an 8 inch
pump and a John Deere 4045T Diesel power unit and underground to both
center pivots nozzeled at 750 gallons per minute.
