 Legal:  The NW 1/4 of Sec. 13-16-12, Howard County NE containing 158+/- Acres.

 Land Location: This farm borders Cotesfield Nebraska.  From Cotesfield and Hwy 11 jct: go west on 23rd Avenue ¼ mile, farm will be on the south side of road.  Farm is bordered on the north and the south by a good gravel road.

 General Description:  This 158+/- acre farm has a 10 Tower Zimmatic Pivot in good working order.  The pivot had new sprinkler nozzles three seasons ago. There is a Johnson 90 hp. gear head with a 6 to 5 ratio and 1760 RPM, it is a 6 inch pump with an 8 inch discharge.  The well is powered by a CAT 3208 diesel engine and cooling coil.  The motor, pump, gear head, and pivot all sell with the farm.  This Farm lays rolling and is bordered on the North and South by a good gravel road so the farm has excellent access.  This farm is close to ethanol plants and grain elevators the land has productive silt loam and clay silty loam soil types.
