Directions:
From Morrill, NE take the South Morrill Road from SH 26 to SH 92.
Go west 1 mile, turning south to SH 88. At the stop sign turn
east, go 1 mile to Co. Road 15, turn south about 1/2 mile to NW corner
of the property. The gate is near the south end on Rd 15.
From Scottsbluff/Gering go south on SH 71 to SH 88. Turn west on 88 to
Co. Road 15, south 1/2 mile to NW corner of the property.
Pasture Ground
This is a very productive pasture with a nice combination of warm and
cool season grasses. The range is currently supporting 40
broodmares with colts. Previous owners ran 38 cow/calf pair and
two bulls from May through October. The property is located 1/2
mile south of State Highway 88 on Road 15. The windmill, water
tank, and corral is located on the east side of the property. The
terrain is level and suitable for wheat production.
