Jim was raised on a small ranch in Niobrara County, Wyoming.  He attended school at Lusk Wyoming and the University of Wyoming.  In 1976 Jim opened a real estate and auctioneering company in Hot Springs, South Dakota, after serving a number of years as an agricultural loan officer in that community.   Jim will apply his ag banking background together with his many years of business experience in real estate and auctioneering to the marketing needs of his valued customers.  Living in Rapid City, South Dakota, Jim enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, family, and most especially his three grandkids.
