Toni was born in 1947 and schooled in St. Paul MN.  She is from a family of 9 children.  Toni married John in 1980 and they have 2 children, Alicia 28 and Shaun 19.  Toni has been a licensed real estate Agent since 1992.  She and her husband reside in O'Neill.
